Curator's Comment This sash, dating back to Californian Lisa Frost’s participation in the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, displays merit badges she earned at the Brownie Scout level for activities ranging from music to eco-exploration. In her final year at Boston University, Lisa had served as co-president of her school’s student government. She was also selected as valedictorian of her class and was inducted into a prestigious honor society recognizing extraordinary leadership in student activities.
