and made with fabric, batting, and thread. This quilt has a red border with blue interior fabric. A cutout of the state of New Jersey is on the left with a "State Police" patch in the center. To the right is a cutout of the Statue of Liberty. In the middle of the quilt black fabric cutout letters read: "In Memory of Fred V Morrone." Below the name are four gold stars. On the bottom left are cutouts of the Twin Towers; the left tower has a Port Authority Police Department patch attached. To the right of the towers is a cutout resembling the steel rubble at Ground Zero.
