Historical Notes Gregory Trost graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1997 and settled in his native New York City. A Neil Young fan, Gregory knew the lyrics to all of Young’s songs and many others, earning the nickname the Human Jukebox. On September 11, Gregory was on the South Tower’s 89th floor at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where he was a research analyst. He was 26 years old.
