- Untitled foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003. This design plan proposes keeping the site's ground level a memorial but developing the six stories below ground for retail, office space, and a public transportation hub. The above ground site would be transformed into a park, and the tower footprints would be replaced by a reflecting pool and a garden.
