Matchbook from the Vista International Hotel located at 3 World Trade Center. The matchbook is brown with "VISTA" printed on the front flap in gold-colored text. On the inside of the front flap is a printed list of all the Vista hotels in the United States and their respective phone numbers.

Historical Notes
Opening in 1981, the Vista International was the first hotel to open in lower Manhattan since the 1830s. Located in 3 World Trade Center at the base of the Twin Towers, it was managed by Hilton International and included meeting spaces, eating establishments, and a gym. It was sold in 1995 to Marriott following extensive renovations resulting from damage caused by the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The building was completely destroyed on 9/11.
