Prayer card created in memory of Ruben D. Correa. The front of the card features an illustration of St. Jude with text that reads: "Keep Us in God's Love | as We Wait for | The Mercy of Jesus | (Jude, 21)" and handwritten text that reads: "We miss you & love you! | 9-11-01 | Yvette, Stef, Britt & Mom | Lynn." The back of the card includes a photograph of Correa with text printed below that reads: "Ruben David Correa | January 13, 1957 | September 11, 2001" and "Love U Dad!" handwritten on the card. A poem is printed at the bottom.

Historical Notes
New York native Ruben Correa lived in Greenridge, Staten Island. He and his wife, Susan, had three daughters. To relax, Ruben rode his bicycle along the island’s beaches and through its hilly areas. He worked as an FDNY firefighter at Engine Company 74, where he enjoyed cooking meals for the firefighters in his company. On September 11, Firefighter Correa responded to the Twin Towers. He was 44 years old.
