Missouri 9/11 commemorative license plate with "4 ADAM" as the license plate number and 2009 tags. "Fight Terrorism" is printed at the bottom with a 9/11 commemorative logo on the left side. The back of the license plate includes a handwritten note: "Adam, Fifteen years later, the amazing times are still as fresh & clear in my mind as the day they happened…as is my memory of 9-11-01. Sitting here in this place…being here in NYC…you feel as close and alive as you were back then. All my love, Always & Forever, LJ | Miss you with all my heart."
