Born in Puerto Rico, Felix Vale grew up in Brooklyn and lived there with his mother as an adult. He enjoyed meeting his brothers for lunch and socializing with family and was often asked to assist at family baptisms. Felix was a manager at Cantor Fitzgerald, where his younger brother, Ivan Vale, also worked. On September 11, both were at their offices high in the North Tower. Felix was 29 years old.

On September 11, both brothers were at their offices high in the North Tower. Ivan was 27 years old.
