Handwritten note left at the 9/11 Memorial in memory of Thomas Tong. The note is on a 3" x 5" index card and reads:
Thomas Tong | Hi Daddy, It's the first time in a few years that I've been able to be here to see you. I guess with everything going on, the one good thing is that I've been home with my family. We miss you and love you. September 11, 2020.

Historical Notes
Manhattan native Thomas Tong lived in Battery Park City with his wife, Elena, and their young daughter. On weekends, Thomas liked to play basketball on a nearby court, take his daughter for walks in Rockefeller Park, and visit his siblings in New Jersey. On September 11, Thomas was on the 97th floor of the South Tower at Fiduciary Trust, where he was an assistant vice president. He was 31 years old.
