Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Frederick Cox spent his early years in Jesup and then moved to Arizona for high school and college. In 1998, Frederick came to New York City, where his fiancée, Annelise, also lived. He took a job as an associate at Sandler O’Neill & Partners. On September 11, Frederick was at his office on the South Tower’s 104th floor. He was 27 years old.
