Memorial patch created in memory of David Prudencio Lemagne. The patch is circular with an American flag background and a PAPD police badge in the center. "P.O. DAVID P. LEMAGNE | 834" is embroidered on the badge, "Always Honored" at the top and "Never Forgotten" at the bottom.

Historical Notes
Native New Yorker David Lemagne lived in North Bergen, New Jersey. He enjoyed cycling and playing softball. David volunteered with an ambulance corps at age 11 and earned a paramedic certificate in high school. He found work as a paramedic and then joined the PAPD as an officer in 2000. On September 11, Officer Lemagne responded to the towers from the Jersey City PATH Command. He was 27 years old.
