Certificate of provenance issued by Stephan T. Ayers, Architect of the Capitol, for the flag flown over the U.S. Capitol, on May 2, 2011. The certificate is housed in a blue leather certificate portfolio with the U.S. House of Representatives seal on the front. The certificate reads:
"THE FLAG | OF THE | UNITED STATES | OF AMERICA | This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United | States Capitol on May 2, 2011. | At the request of the Honorable Ken Calvert, Member of Congress, this | flag was flown to commemorate the day U.S. Special Forces raided a | compound in Pakistan and delivered the full wrath of American might | upon our enemy."
