Curator's Comment From April to October, Jack D’Ambrosi spent almost every weekend fishing. He used gear like this reel and selection of lures to bring bags of fish back to his home in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Jack distributed this bounty to friends and neighbors. His wife, Karen, recalled, “Everywhere we’d go, all over town, there would be people thanking him for the fish . . . saying, ‘We just had a barbecue, Jack, it was great.” HIDE
