Historical Notes
The U.S. government launched a worldwide manhunt for Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and other suspects potentially involved in the plot. Abdul Rahman Yasin was believed to have assisted Yousef in the logistics of the attack. Initially cooperative with police, Yasin was not immediately arrested and was later able to leave the country.
 
The U.S. Department of State created various posters and matchbooks with Yasin's photograph and offering a reward for information leading to his arrest. They distributed the posters and matchbooks worldwide. As of 2018, Yasin is still at large.
