A graduate of Manhattan’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Digna urged family and friends also to pursue higher education. Digna sent money to relatives in Honduras and Puerto Rico from her earnings as a claims specialist at Marsh & McLennan. On September 11, she was at work on the North Tower’s 100th floor. She was 25 years old.
